FAQS

Frequently asked questions

What electrical services do you provide?

We offer residential, commercial, and marine pier solutions.  If you have a project or even a simple install, we are happy to help.  Feel free to reach out to our team at (251) 284-2927 with any questions.

Is your company licensed and insured?

Yes.  We take pride that we have met the necessary requirements and hold licensing to perform electrical specialty work.  We are also insured in the unlikely event of an incident.

Can you handle emergency repairs?

Yes. We believe this is one of our differentiators.  If you have a question on your repair, please reach out to our team at (251) 284-2927.

How long do projects normally take to complete?

Projects can vary, but we try our best to accommodate our customer's timeline requirements.

How quickly can you provide an estimated cost for my project?

It can be as quickly as 24 to 48 depending on the complexity of the requirement.  With more complex projects, it can take longer, but our team will communicate this to you in advance.

Do you offer warranties on your work?

Every project is unique and requires evaluation for long term certification of warranty.  A general rule of thumb is that any work our team initiates (not inherited from another installer) and completes can be certified for warranty.
